Iranian media: Azerbaijan intended to separate Iran
“Azerbaijani officials are intended to separate Iran,” Iranian “tabnak.ir” said in a story.
“Tabnak” editorial focuses on those elements that make the mutual relations be strained. Those factors are:
• 18-year-old Iranian soldier, who mistakenly crossed the border of Azerbaijan, was intentionally killed by Azerbaijani border guards.
• Azerbaijan’s mass media, having agreed with the government, carry out anti-Iranian campaign.
• Azerbaijan plans to close down Iran’s culture center in Baku. And recently the director of Iran’s TV & radio company’s Baku service was expelled from Azerbaijan.
• During Iranian culture days held in Azerbaijan, the state flag of Iran was turned down on the table.
• The person charged in terror attack against Iranian scientist Ali Mohammadi confessed the terror attack was planned in Azerbaijan.
• Azerbaijan provides a platform for “Monafeghin” and “Pejak” terrorist groups.
“Azerbaijan should be careful as continuing anti-Iranian activities will get a severe react from Iran,” the story is concluded.
