Sabatini dismisses Totti quit claims
AS Roma sports chief Walter Sabatini insists Francesco Totti won't leave.
The Giallorossi legend declared this week he could leave Roma, just as Alessandro del Piero is set to do at Juventus, Tribalfootball reported.
"I love it when a player talks about his state of mind," said Sabatini. "He's a spontaneous guy, was injured but the critics will give him the right incentives. I'm pleased.
"Totti will never go away, he is Roma, we want him to remain with us for life. Even after his playing career, he will remain here as a leader.
"But now we do not think about that. Rather I think Totti, along with (Daniele) De Rossi, are the champions we need to win."
