Armenian Composing Art Festival wraps up today
The final concert of the Armenian Composing Art Festival, Babajanyan Fest will take place at Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall today, with the State Youth Orchestra of Armenia performing works by great Armenian composer Arno Babajanyan for the first time and Armenian variety singers performing composer’s famous songs.
Babajanyan Fest opened on November 21. The festival included 6 concerts.
The festival has been initiated by the Armenian Ministry of Culture, the Union of Composers and Musicians of Armenia, and the State Youth Orchestra of Armenia conducted by Sergey Smbatyan.
The festival is held under the high patronage of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan.
