Hayk Chobanyan; protection of personal database to become hard
Personal database isn’t secret, but at the same time it cannot be open for everybody, Hayk Chobanyan, the director of “Nork” information-analytical center, said in a news conference. Mr. Chobanyan has said that the law on “protection of personal data” defines who can have access to personal database of another person.
But, according to H. Chobanyan, the law cannot control perfectly the situation. “An institution protecting personal data must be founded to develop certain mechanisms for the harassments.”
Expert ensures that the situation in this respect will become tensed, thus highly recommends to form a control bureau.
