Iran's FM invited to Mejlis to discuss anti-Iranian activities of Azerbaijan
“Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi has been invited to the Mejlis committee on national security and foreign relations to hold panel discussions on Azerbaijan’s anti-Iranian activities,” Iranian “FARS” news agency informs.
According to the source, Iranian MP Nader Ghazipoor referred to the anti-Iranian policy exercised by Azerbaijan:
“The Republic of Azerbaijan is an independent state for only a couple of years. If we revise the laws, their territories will join Iran. Hence, if Azerbaijani statesmen continue their anti-Iranian policies, Iranian MPs will introduce Treaty of Turkmenchay to the Mejlis.”
