Artsakh President visits Base Metals mining plant
On December 26 President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited the mining plant of Base Metals company and inspected the newly built gold extraction enterprise.
The President underlined that the factory is considered among the significant subjects of Artsakh's economy that to a great extent contributes to socio-economic development of the republic.
Bako Sahakyan noted that developing mining industry in Artsakh has great prospects and welcomed activities carried out by the company in this direction.
Thereafter the President attended the traditional New Year reception and congratulated employees of the company on the coming New Year and Christmas.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, Chairman of NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan and other officials attended the event, the press office of Artsakh President reported.
