Armenian Championships: Draws recorded in men, women championships
In the first round of Armenian Championship one draw has been recorded: Avetik Grigoryan ended in draw with Zaven Andriasyan. Artashes Minasyan defeated Tigran Petrosyan, Samvel Ter-Sahakyan – Hrant Melkumyan, Robert Hovhannisyan – Levon Babujanyan, Karen Grigoryan – Arman Pashikyan.
The official news site of Armenian Chess Federation says women chess players were also prepared to a tough fighting. Anahit Kharatyan and Yevgenia Dolukhanova shared points, Maria Kursova defeated Narine Gasparyan, Nelly Aghinyan – Hasmik Ghambaryan, Lia Martirosyan – Maria Gevorgyan, Liana Aghabekyan – Shushanna Sargsyan, Anna Hayrapetyan – Naira Movsisyan.
