Armenian men’s, women’s chess championships: Round 2
In the second round of the highest league tournament of 72nd Armenian Men’s Chess Championship Artashes Minasian beat Levon Babujian. Minasian dominates the tournament, with 2 points, followed by Samvel Ter-Sahakyan and Zaven Andriasian, with 1.5 points each. Ter-Sahakyan drew with Hrair Simonian while Andriasian beat Karen H. Grigoryan, according to armchess.am.
In the second round of Armenian Women's 67th Championship Maria Kursova beat Nelly Aginian and dominates the tournament, with 2 points. Shushanna Sargsyan beat Naira Movsisian and Hasmik Ghambaryan beat Maria Gevorgyan.
Narine Gasparyan - Evgeniya Doluhanova, Anna Hairapetian – Anahit Kharatyan and Lia Martirosyan – Liana Aghabekian games ended in a draw.
