Amster Flowers to open second department in Etchmiadzin
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan continues his working visit to Armavir region.
The President visited the department of Amster Flowers Armenian-Dutch joint venture near Etchmiadzin to monitor processing of tomato, pepper, cucumber and mushroom grown by Dutch technology.
The company was established in 2006, and construction of its second department was launched near Etchmiadzin in 2011.
The plant targets average daily production of 2000 kg.
According to the company’s general manager, Amster Flowers intends to open departments in Georgia and Azerbaijan. They opened the first department in Armenia because our country has favorable market conditions, said the general manager.
