Tripartite meeting kicked off
Tripartite meeting among Presidents of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan has kicked off in Sochi, Panorama.am reporter tells.
Russian “Ria Novosti” news agency said earlier today that Kremlin released a message of expectations from today’s meeting. Kremlin is particularly “concerned about frequent violations of ceasefire regime in the contact line, casualties of servicemen and civilians, as well as armed rhetoric from the both parties.”
It’s reported Moscow is hopeful to wrap up with the talks to launch investigation mechanisms of the incidents. Presidents are having their 11th similar format meeting today.
