Hamo of Bangladesh faces aggravated charge
Haykakan Zhamanak daily writes that Ashot Avetisyan, Hamo of Bangladesh is facing an aggravated charge since yesterday. Initially he faced up to 5 years in prison while now he faces up to 3-7 years of imprisonment, police press service official Armen Malkhasyan told the daily.
“Initially Avetisyan was charged according to RA Criminal Code Article 258, part 3 (hooliganism and infliction of medium-gravity damage to health), while now he is charged according to RA Criminal Code Article 258, part 2 (hooliganism and violence) as well as according to RA Criminal Code Article 112, part 1 (intentional infliction of grave damage to health). This article envisages imprisonment of 3-7 years.”
