Memorial event dedicated to 75th birth anniversary of Sergey Israyelyan
On the initiative of the Union of Cinematographers of Armenia, Yerevan’s Moscow Cinema will host on February 11 a memorial event dedicated to the 75th birth anniversary of film director, cameraman, People’s Artist of Armenia, State Award Winner, professor Sergey Israyelyan, the Ministry of Culture press office said.
The launch ceremony of a book by Eduard Hambartsumyan titled “Sergey Israyelyan: Master’s Work,” published with the support of the Armenian Ministry of Culture, will take place on the sidelines of the event.
As a cameraman, Sergey Israyelyan is famous for films Khatabala, Tumanyan’s Fairy Tales, Triangle, Nahapet, A Piece of Sky, etc.
