'Your opinion' interactive project launched in STAR
STAR trade chain launched a new interactive project named «Your opinion», the purpose of which is to create open dialogue with customers.
"We consider this project to be a wonderful opportunity of being closer to our customers, listening to their opinion, comprehending of their needs, revealing the current problems as well as finding the best solutions",- commented Marketing director of STAR trade chain M. Harutyunyan.
The project will proceed over several stages. At each stage a new topic will be selected and set to discussion. The dialogue with customers will be online on facebook and twitter pages of the company, and the dialogue will be held by one of company's top managers, depending on the subject of discussion.
In the frames of the project customers will be able to state their opinion on official website www.star.am as well as in stores where special whiteboards and questionnaires are placed for query.
At the moment the first stage of the project "Your opinion" is launched where STAR set to discussion the product range of the Chain’s supermarkets. The discussion is held by Commercial director Narine Avetisyan.
