Relations between Aghvan Hovsepyan, Vova Gasparyan worsen
According to Hraparak’s governmental sources, relations between Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan and Police Chief Vova Gasparyan have worsened after Haykakan Zhamanak reporter Hayk Gevorgyan’s preventive punishment was changed.
“The Police Chief is insulted by Aghvan Hovsepyan, because he thinks that he made a plot behind his back, resulting in decrease in his rating among the President and people. The point is that Vova Gasparyan’s subordinates had arrested Hayk while Aghvan Hovsepyan’s subordinate removed the restraint,” the paper writes.
