Governor orders to elect Seyran Saroyan
Hraparak writes that Governor of Armavir Ashot Ghahramanyan gathered community heads, school headmasters, heads of medical institutions from electoral district No. 20 at the regional administration and ordered them to vote for RPA candidate, retired general Seyran Saroyan.
Seyran Saroyan, elected as MP in this electoral district in 2007, was also present at the meeting. Republican, former MP Hakob Hakobyan could also run for parliament in that electoral district, but the district electoral commission did not register his candidacy saying that some of the signatures he presented were fake.
