Moscow didn't permit Azerbaijani to hold picket in front of Armenian Embassy in Moscow
As the “SalamNews” reports, the Prefecture of the Central Administrative District of Moscow did not permit the initiative of the Azerbaijani youth group of holding a picket in front of the Armenian Embassy in Moscow in connection with the 20th anniversary of the killings of residents in the village of Khojaly near Aghdam February 26, 1992.
The reason for refusal served the fact that "the purpose of the event did not correspond to the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On assemblies, rallies, demonstrations, processions and pickets ".
The Azerbaijani turned to Moscow authorities for the second time but their appeal was once again rejected.
