Shushi Foundation to file lawsuit in International Court against Azerbaijani authorities
“The Shushi Foundation plans to file a lawsuit in the International Court against the Azerbaijani government over obvious falsification and misleading the international community on the Khojaly events. Azerbaijan must also answer for the crime in Maragha,” chairman of the foundation, writer, publicist Bakur Karapetyan told a news conference in Yerevan.
“Azeri propaganda, through obvious falsification, lays the blame for Khojaly events on the Armenian side, trying to equal these events to the genocide of 1915 and to the Holocaust before the civilized world. Making noise over Khojaly, Baku also tries to conceal the crime in Maragha,” said Karapetyan.
