Arayik of Lavanda quits Orinats Yerkir Party
Businessman Arayik Hayrapetyan, Arayik of Lavanda, has quitted the Orinats Yerkir Party. According to Zhoghovurd daily, party leader Arthur Baghdasaryan demanded that Hayrapetyan should make big investment in the party to get a passable place on the party proportional representation list. Hayrapetyan refused to give the money and therefore decided to quit the party.
The daily failed to get comments from Hayrapetyan personally. He has left the country, writes the newspaper.
While party’s spokesperson Susanna Abrahamyan said that Hayrapetyan had not quitted the party.
