European Women’s Championship
Of Armenian chess players, only Anna Hairapetian scored a point in the 4th round of the European Women’s Championship in Gaziantep, Turkey. Hairapetian beat Hayrun Nisa Sahin. Elina Danielian and Lilit Mkrtchian drew with Betul Yildiz and Maria Kursova, respectively. Lilit Galojan lost to Monika Seps with white pieces.
Nelli Alexanian, representing Russia, and Elmira Skripchenko, representing France, lost to Girya and Ziazulkina.
Elina Danielian, Lilit Mkrtchian, Maria Kursova and Anna Hairapetian have scored 2 points each and are 47th, 48th, 51st and 71st, respectively. Lilit Galojan is 76th with 1.5 points. Elmira Skripchenko is 30th with 2.5 points and Nelli Alexanian is 43rd with 2 points.
Leader, Marie Sebag achieved a 100-percent result.
