Letter to Vova Gasparyan
A citizen from Artik town phoned Hraparak daily’s editorial office and asked them to write that police chief Tigran Petrosyan has launched an active campaign for his brother, Mayor Hunan Petrosyan to become MP. The police chief threatens citizens to hold them captive in police basement unless they work for his brother. He demands them give their passports. Anybody has something to lose. The police chief has a unique “approach” to each of them.
“Free us from the police chief, write about this for Vova Gasparyan to undertake measures,” the newspaper quotes the citizen as saying.
