Galliani still 'in love' with Tevez
AC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani has admitted that he remains enamoured with Carlos Tevez and views the Manchester City striker as the one that got away, Goal.com reported.
The Rossoneri did their utmost to land the Argentina international during the January transfer window but they were unable to agree a deal with the Premier League outfit.
Galliani is still bitterly disappointed that the proposed transfer did not come off, citing the player's decisive contribution in Manchester City's crucial 2-1 victory over Chelsea at Eastlands on Wednesday night as proof of his enduring class.
"I'm in love with him. He is a fantastic player. Fate, however, did not want him with us. And some trains do not pass by a second time," Goal.com quoted Galliani as saying.
