Chelsea plan Real Madrid's Di Maria bid
Chelsea are ready to splash Ј35million on Real Madrid's Angel Di Maria, The Sun reported.
The Argentina winger, 24, is looking to double his current salary to Ј80,000 a week after turning down Real's renewed offer of Ј70,000.
And he is reportedly threatening to leave the La Liga giants at the end of the season unless they give him pay parity with some of his senior team-mates.
The news has put Europe's top clubs on red alert, with Roman Abramovich's Chelsea in the market for a world-class wideman.
