Russia sends special journalist mission to Armenia
Journalists representing about 10 leading Russian media have arrived in Armenia on a special mission, Aravot reports. The Russian journalists meet with Armenian leadership in Yerevan, says the paper.
“They have been hosted by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan. The Russian journalists’ visit has reportedly been initiated by the Russian leadership in a bid to thank the Armenian authorities, in the person of the President and cabinet, for backing Vladimir Putin in the presidential elections,” Aravot says.
