Armenian community of Czech Republic holds protest against Ilham Aliyev’s visit
The Armenian community of Czech Republic held a protest action against Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s visit to Prague on April 5.
Our sources say that despite the heavy rain, several dozens of representatives of the Armenian community gathered in front of Aliyev’s temporary residence. The protesters held banners reading “Aliyev is dictator,” “Democracy is more valuable than oil,” “Armenophobia is Azerbaijan’s policy.”
The protest action was widely covered by local media, including TVs.
