Communist Party leader approves of David Harutyunyan’s actions
Leader of Communist Party of Armenia Ruben Tovmasyan approved of the actions of member of RPA executive body David Harutyunyan who called on yesterday all parties running in elections to discuss RPA-authored draft rules of civilized electoral competition.
“David Harutyunyan was right in stating the thoughts that worry us. However, this does not prevent us from monitoring violations at polling stations together with opposition parties. So, to prevent electoral fraud, we will actively cooperate with everyone,” the Communist Party leader told Panorama.am.
