Karo Pailan: Discrimination kills ‘Hrants’ in Turkey
Discrimination against national minorities in Turkey deserves state support in Turkey, Karo Pailan, headmaster at Armenian school in Yesilkoy and coordinator of education commission founded by foundations adjacent to schools, said.
Speaking to Turkish daily Radikal, Pailan described the interior social situation in Turkey.
“Unfortunately, the state alienates those who are not of Turkish identity, who bear different identities. Because of these discriminations Hrants are killed in this country,” said Karo Pailan.
