Central electoral commission will take extreme measures in case if violations are not eliminated in establish deadlines
It is forbidden to stick electoral posters on the public transport, marketing and public catering facilities as well as inside the mentioned places. The central electoral commission was told that there are electoral posters on the public transport. Central electoral commission is also told that the mentioned violations are eliminated, said the chairman of Central electoral commission Tigran Mukuchyan.
He also mentioned, if an administrative responsibility is envisioned for the recorded violations the Central electoral commission will open an administrative case.
T. Mukuchyan also informed that according to the approach fixed in the Election Code the Central electoral commission should apply to corresponding subjects in case of any violations. Commission will establish deadlines and if the violations are not eliminated the Central electoral commission will take extreme measures.
