MP Tigran Stepanyan has never spoken in parliament
MP Tigran Stepanyan, a member of Prosperous Armenia Party, runs for parliament at constituency No.16.
Zhoghovurd asked him how many times he has taken the floor in parliament and what questions he has raised. Stepanyan answered that he has never spoken in parliament.
However, the MP noted that working in parliament is not only speech making. He has put forth many legislative initiatives, has always attended the sessions of the NA Standing Committee on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs and is satisfied with his work.
