Manuk Vardanyan’s withdrawal confirmed
Manuk Vardanyan, Transport Minister, OYP-backed candidate running for parliament by majority system at constituency N. 25, Kotayk region, submitted withdrawal request on April 20, district electoral commission chairman Armen Badalyan told Panorama.am.
Rumors of Manuk Vardanyan’s withdrawal had been spread earlier, but there was no official confirmation.
Constituency No. 25 features HAK-backed Sasun Mikayelyan, non-partisans Hovsep Galstyan and Mushegh Harutyunyan, and PAP member David Kocharyan.
