Expert wonders double standards applied by international community
Azerbaijani army is faithful to displaying vivid manifestation of Turkish-kind of identity firing against sanitarian vehicle and a civilian village.
“Different regional and geo-political backgrounds may reason such behavior,” military expert Artsrun Hovhannisyan said.
On April 24 the rival fired against sanitation vehicle and injured two Defense Army soldiers – Andranik G Madoyan and Ernest M. Sargsyan.
Speaking to Panorama.am the expert said that Azerbaijan may favor from the forthcoming parliamentary elections in Armenia to strain the situation along the border.
“Double standards, declarative statements are applied when treating the process,” said the expert wondering how long the international community will be turning blind when similar things occur.
