Aravot: Gagik Tsarukyan’s arms target wolves and hyenas
Chairman of the National Olympic Committee of Armenia (ARMNOC), Gagik Tsarukyan met with sportsmen yesterday. When the meeting had finished, he asked journalists to leave him with sportsmen and coaches for a short while, to discuss some professional issues.
The journalists had not yet left the meeting hall when ARMNOC chairman said, “Some media reported immediately that I had a gun hanging from my belt at an election meeting. I don’t deny it. But I want you to know that my gun targets not people but wolves and hyenas,” Aravot quotes Mr. Tsarukyan as saying.
