EuFoA: 6 parties pass proportional threshold
European Friends of Armenia (EuFoA) published today the results of its poll titled Last Assessment of Pre-Electoral Armenia. Dr Michael Kambeck, EuFoA’s Secretary General, introduced the poll results today to the journalists.
1600 face-to-face interviews were conducted. To the question if the parliamentary elections were held this Sunday which party would you vote for? 33,3% of the respondents said they would vote for RPA, 26,0 for Prosperous Armenia, 4,0% for Heritage Party, 3,4% for RoL, 3,2% - ARF, 2,9% - HAK, 2,1% - Communist Party of Armenia, 0,7% - Democratic Party and 0,1% - United Armenians Party.
Estimated number of majoritarian seats in the National Assembly is RPA-20 seats, PA-3, RoL-2, HAK-1, other-4, uncertain-11.
According to the poll results if the new parliaments is formed now, the probably picture will be: RPA-58 seats, PA-33, RoL-8, HAK-7, ARF and Heritage -5each, other-4, uncertain-11.
The quality control methodology, fieldwork monitoring and survey implementation were planned in detail and agreed between IPSC and TNS opinion.
