Iranian Majlis Deputy Speaker: Gay-parade initiative in Azerbaijan violates social norms
“Gay-parade” initiative to be held in Azerbaijan is violation of social norms, Iran’s Majlis Deputy Speaker Mahmudreza Bahonar said in an interview with Iranian Sahar TV.
The Iranian official said the government that authorize such events, will incur significant losses.
Azerbaijani Ambassador to Great Britain Fakhredin Ghorbanov commenting on Azerbaijan’s intentions to host gay parade in the framework of Eurovision 2012 said that they are not completely an Islamic country.
