Paper: Hovik Abrahamyan meets with officials-in-charge of constituencies
According to Zhoghovurd, head of RPA election campaign office Hovik Abrahamyan met with the officials-in-charge of all 41 constituences at RPA central office Tuesday evening and gave AMD 6 million to each.
“This sum reportedly will be spent on vote buying,” the paper says and adds that RPA plans AMD 10000 per vote and AMD 5000 per day to bribers.
Member of RPA parliamentary faction Hovhannes Sahakyan denied vote buying rumors.
“RPA is not going to buy votes, we are going to hold free and fair elections,” he is quoted as saying.
