Haykakan Zhamanak: Robert Kocharyan not quitting politics
Haykakan Zhamanak talked to political technologist Armen Badalyan, reminded him that Robert Kocharyan’s spokesman had promised that Kocharyan will speak out before the elections and asked the expert, “Why does he keep silent? Is he quitting politics?”
“I cannot say why he did not make a statement, you should ask his spokesman. Robert Kocharyan is not quitting politics, he just doesn’t engage in public politics. He will quit politics when he makes a public statement about it. He stays in politics as long as there is no such statement,” the expert is quoted as saying.
