Zhoghovurd: Yuri Khachaturov’s birthday solemnly celebrated in Yerevan
The 60th birthday of Chief of General Staff of the RA Armed Forces, Colonel General Yuri Khachaturov was solemnly marked in Yerevan yesterday, Zhoghovurd reports.
“The birthday event was hosted by a restaurant in Miasnikyan Avenue, with the country’s top brass attending. Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan bestowed St. Mestrop Mashtots Order on Khachaturov on the occasion of his birthday on Wednesday,” the paper says.
“In fact, the top brass is enjoying itself in the capital, the Defense Minister is away, while ceasefire regime is violated periodically at the line of contact. In any normal country, top brass would be concerned about such situation,” the paper says.
