Narek Kazazyan awarded 3rd place in Eurovision Young Musicians competition
Armenia’s Narek Kazazyan came in third in Eurovision Young Musicians 2012 contest. Narek performed concerto for qanun and orchestra No. 2 E-Major by Khachatur Avetisyan.
The qualifiers to the final were: Narek Kazazyan, Qanun (Armenia), Emmanuel Tjeknavorian, Violin (Austria), Alexandra Dzenisenia, Cimbalom (Belarus), Michaela Špačková, Bassoon (Czech Republic), Dominic Chamot, Piano (Germany), Eivind Holtsmark Ringstad, Viola (Norway), Jagoda Krzemińska, Flute (Poland).
Eivind Holtsmark Ringstad from Norway has won the 2012 Eurovision Young Musicians competition. Second place was awarded to Emmanuel Tjeknavorian from Austria.
