CSTO heads of states adopt declaration
Narrow format meeting of the CSTO ended in Moscow. Panorama.am reporter tells during the extended format meeting which was open to the members of the delegations President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev introduced the highlights of the narrow format meeting in brief.
Several international urgent issues having connection with the security of CSTO member states have been discussed, in particular, Afghan challenges, situation in the Middle East, those in Syria and Iran’s nuclear program.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said in his opening remarks that each side introduced its own analysis about the situation.
N Nazarbayev said CSTO heads of states have adopted a declaration which not only covers the issues already discussed but the assessment for CSTO route and mission.
