Military psychologist says Artsakh peace backer in region
“The military parade held in Stepanakert on May 9 is evidence that Artsakh army is able to not only held counteroffensive attacks, but to remove the military operations to the rival’s field,” military psychologist Davit Jamalyan said.
The expert said today Artsakh army is capable to resist enemy’s attacks and to record tactical advantage and Baku acknowledges that very well.
“The commanders of Artsakh defense army have repeatedly declared that in case military operations resume the river Kur will serve as a natural border. Realizing that Azerbaijani authorities are building barricades,” he said.
Jamalyan underlined that Artsakh has become an important military factor in the region, which is also one of the peace guarantors.
