Iskandaryan: Parliamentary elections not created political conflicts between two states
President Serzh Sargsyan paid a working visit to Moscow where, however, he did not meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“Putin held meetings with the heads of some 5-6 countries, with whom Russia shares certain political disputes. Armenian parliamentary elections, in fact, did not create any conflict with Russia. Our relationship with Russia remains unchanged,” Alexander Iskandaryan, director of Caucasus Institute, said.
Commenting on Sargsyan-Medvedev meeting, Mr Iskandaryan said they have mainly focused on economic issues, which are generally being discussed with prime ministers.
