Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun: David Tonoyan dreams of being Defense Minister
First Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia David Tonoyan not just pretends to the Defense Minister’s office but dreams of being Defense Minister, spreading rumors about current Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan’s appointment as Deputy Prime Minister, Chorrord Inknishkhanutyun paper says.
“Those familiar with his activities assert that fulfillment of his dream would be the end of our army, with the Deputy Minister being poorly acquainted with the defense sector. Instead, Tonoyan has a good command of knife and fork as well as English language, therefore he is entrusted with escorting foreign delegations to restaurants,” the paper says.
