Hraparak: Hayk Harutyunyan to be governor of Gegharkunik
Following PAP’s decision not to join coalition government, there will be few PAP ministers or governors left on their posts, Hraparak says.
Replacement of Gegharkunik governor, PAP member Nver Poghosyan is discussed actively these days, the paper writes. According to some information, he will be replaced by head of Penitentiary Department Hayk Harutyunyan, a native of Gegharkunik region.
This rumor has been circulating since last November, but now there are sufficient grounds for dismissal, the paper adds.
