Naira Zohrabyan secretary of PAP faction
“I am not going to leave Prosperous Armenia Party. It’s not possible,” PAP member Samvel Balasanyan, who once left Rule of Law, said in CEC while waiting for the official mandate giving ceremony.
Answering to the question if anyway PAP will receive certain ministerial mandates although not forming coalition, Mr Balasanyan said he does not think so, since the law doesn’t define it.
Samvel Balasanyan said that Gagik Tsarukyan will be the head of PAP faction and Naira Zohrabyan – the secretary of the faction.
