Haykakan Zhamanak reports that Prosperous Armenia Party will have 4 committees in the parliament – Committee on European Integration, on Human Rights, on Agriculture and Nature Protection and on Territorial Administration and Local Self-Government. According to the paper, Naira Zohrabyan, who will also be PAP faction’s secretary, will be nominated to head the Committee on European Integration; Elinar Vardanyan will head the Committee on Human Rights; Samvel Balasanyan – the Committee on Agriculture and Stepan Margaryan – the Committee on Territorial Administration. PAP will also have deputy chairmen in 3 parliamentary committees.

Also, the paper writes who will be appointed to posts to be left vacant by PAP members. Rumors say former chief of police Hayk Harutyunyan may be appointed governor of Gegharkunik and Republican Mayor of Vayk Harutyun Sargsyan may be governor of Vayots Dzor.
