Expert: Monitoring held on front line inefficient
“Taking into account active political processes in the country, Azerbaijan is inciting,” military expert Gagik Karapetyan said.
Expert’s remarks came as today early in the morning Azerbaijani armed forces injured a civilian from a rural community in Tavush region.
Speaking to Panorama.am Karapetyan said Azerbaijan suffers terrible situation in the army, and sometimes the agreements of the leadership are abandoned by the military officers.
However, monitoring is being held on the contact line, and how it can happen that such incidents are still recorded.
“If casualties are recorded, it means the monitoring is not efficient. The mechanisms and approaches need to be changed,” said the expert.
