Zhoghovurd: Ruben Hayrapetyan to resume non-attendance at parliament sessions
According to Zhoghovurd paper, President of the Football Federation of Armenia (FFA), MP Ruben Hayrapetyan stayed in parliament for several minutes Thursday, leaving the parliament building shortly after President finished his speech and left. The paper reminds that Hayrapetyan is known for notoriously poor attendance at parliament sessions.
“Hayrapetyan is said to have been missing parliament sessions because of Hovik Abrahamyan, with the two being on bad terms and Hayrapetyan refusing to work under Abrahamyan’s directorship.
We suppose Hayrapetyan will resume non-attendance at parliament sessions, with Hovik Abrahamyan reelected as Speaker,” the paper writes.
