HAK interested in Tsarukyan’s millions?
With New Times party leader Aram Karapetyan, Paruyr Hayrikyan, Marxist David Hakobyan, Heritage party leader Raffi Hovannisian and Tigran Karapetyan announcing their intention to run for president, Serzh Sargsyan, in fact, has no serious rival in the presidential election of 2013, Golos Armenii paper writes.
As to Prosperous Armenia Party, which, in all probability, refused to join coalition government because it plans to run its own candidate for president, the paper says that if Tsarukyan decides to run for president, all big businessmen will leave the party.
On the other hand, according to the paper, if PAP nominates Vartan Oskanian as its presidential candidate, it will be clear from the very start that he will not even come second in the election.
At the same time, the paper says, HAK spares no effort to persuade PAP to support its candidate.
“Levon Ter-Petrosyan is interested in Tsarukyan’s millions, but in that case in all probability Tsarukyan will share Khachatur Sukiasyan’s fate,” the paper writes.
