Hraparak: Agriculture Minister has a habit of sending birthday cards
The “unique” Minister of Agriculture, Orinats Yerkir Party member Sergo Karapetyan not only blesses fields but also has a habit of sending birthday cards to officials. He finds out their birthdays through various channels for sending his congratulations to them, Hraparak reports. An official who received a birthday card from the Agriculture Minister told the paper that he was very surprised when he read the dithyrambs written by the Minister because he doesn’t even know him. It is rumored that some employees in the Ministry engage in finding out birthdays and writing and sending congratulation texts, the paper writes.
