Casillas: We're going to have to work very hard to beat France
Spain captain Iker Casillas considers France forward Karim Benzema a "fantastic player", and that is precisely why he is desperately hoping that his Real Madrid colleague has a "bad game" when their respective nations go head to head in the quarter-finals of Euro 2012 on Saturday, Goal.com reported.
"I'm really lucky to play on the same team as him, and now destiny has pitted us against each other," the goalkeeper told a press conference on Thursday.
"He's a fantastic player, but I hope he has a bad game on Saturday!"
"Nobody in the team thinks it is going to be a stroll in the park or a thrashing," the World Cup winner declared. "We're going to have to work very hard to beat them."
