Haykakan Zhamanak: Martun Grigoryan vows to beat Vardan Ghukasyan in Gyumri mayoral election
Member of PAP parliamentary faction Martun Grigoryan told Haykakan Zhamanak that he is ready to run in Gyumri mayoral election if party’s leader Gagik Tsarukyan decides that PAP should nominate a candidate for Gyumri mayor.
Grigoryan also said that he will beat Gyumri mayor Vardan Ghukasyan in the election.
“Surely it is time for Gyumri to get rid of this situation and this mayor. Everyone in Armenia is aware of the situation in Gyumri and knows why Gyumri must get rid of this situation,” Grigoryan said and added that his strength was proved in the parliamentary elections of May 6 when he beat Vardan Ghukasyan.
